Information Certificate (BCCM Form 13)

The following fees apply to the preparation and supply of an Information Certificate (BCCM Form 13) and will need to be paid before the certificate is issued.

Fees for information given to interested persons under Section 205 of the BCCM Act are as follows..:
  $108.62 (inc GST) – URGENT required within 24 hours from receipt of payment
  $78.92 (inc GST)– normal - processed and returned within 7 days

  • If you choose to pay by Credit Card your payment will be processed using SecurePay which is a safe and secure online payments facility.
  • If you choose to pay by Direct Deposit you will be provided with bank account details below to enable you to make the payment via your bank’s on-line banking facility.
