Approval to Install Pay TV

Please complete this form and submit to BCP Strata. Your request will be forwarded to your Body Corporate’s Committee for consideration and approval and you will be notified in due course.

Please note BCP Strata are not authorised to approve your application.

The approval of your application will be subject to the following conditions.  Please ensure these are addressed in your application:

  1. Submissions to include proposed positioning of satellite dish and infrastructure to be presented to the Committee for consideration and approval before proceeding with any works.
  2. That the satellite dish and infrastructure shall be installed by a competent tradesperson in a workmanlike manner.
  3. That the maintenance and cost of the Pay TV Installation be the absolute responsibility of the Owner of the relevant Lot from time to time and not the Body Corporate.
  4. That the Body Corporate reserves its rights in relation to this approval.
  5. That the Owner be responsible for any maintenance or repairs to the roof that occur as a result of the installation and not the Body Corporate.

    I will abide by the Body Corporate Committees decision and conform to the conditions imposed by the Body Corporate By-laws and the Committee.
