This form must be completed by the Lot Owner or Property Manager only. If you are the Property Manager, please ensure that you have the Lot Owners approval in writing, as you will need to upload a copy to accompany your request. If you are a tenant, please request your Property Manager to arrange on your behalf.

    * Mandatory field-information must be provided

    • When the relevant Locksmith has cut the keys, they will ring the person collecting directly and advise that they are ready.

    • Full payment is to be made directly to the Locksmith prior to or upon collection. The Locksmith will advise you of the cost.

    • As the Lot Owner, you are responsible for the full cost of the key cutting. If the keys are not collected by the Nominated Person and the Body Corporate is charged for the service, an invoice will be generated by the Body Corporate and forwarded to you to recover all outstanding costs.
