Brette Stevens joined the BCP Strata team in 2015 as an Admin Officer, soon after becoming the Personal Assistant to our previous Managing Director, Scott Simpson. Brette was also our Administration Manager for several years creating systems and training staff (both Admin and Strata Managers) in the various facets of the business and industry.
Through working with Scott and her sharp thirst to learn more about Strata Management (and everthing in general), Brette has developed an enviable understanding and knowledge of the BCCM Act, Regulations and all things body corporate.
Brette has completed a Certificate IV in Property (Operations) which is the industry standard qualification for Strata Managers. She also attends regular training and is a Certified Strata Community Manager with SCA (Qld).
Brette truly enjoyes using her knowledge and experience to help her Owners and Committee Members to establish well run schemes.
