Body Corporate Professionals was founded on the Sunshine Coast in 1991. Providing a friendly and personal service, Body Corporate Professionals grew quickly along with the strong growth in the number of community management schemes being developed on the Sunshine Coast. Now known as BCP Strata, we manage Body Corporate Schemes throughout Queensland.
BCP Strata is a practitioner member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) and as such observes the code of professional conduct which requires members to be bound by a stringent code of ethics regarding confidentiality, professional excellence and conduct. It is also a requirement of the institute that members hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance cover as an added safeguard for Bodies Corporate.
All of our Strata Managers hold a Certificate IV Property Services (Operations) or the equivalent, which is the current industry educational standard. All are members of SCA (Qld) and attend regular training and seminars run by the institute to ensure their industry knowledge is current.
From our small and humble beginnings, we have grown into a strong and well-respected firm based on the Sunshine Coast. Our main objective remains to provide our clients with the professional and personal level of service that has proved to be our strength over many years of operation.

We provide our Committees and Owners with a wide range of services to assist with the management of the Body Corporate.These include our Facilities/Maintenance Service to help maintain schemes in a great condition.
Our Owners Portal is also available to help Owners keep abreast of their own records. It also allows the Committee to peruse up to date financials and other documentation. Delegated Committee Members can also view invoices and approve payment via the Invoice Hub.

SupportOur Support Team
Our Managers are supported by a team of highly experienced finance, facility and office administrators to ensure your property is managed in complete compliance with Queensland’s complex body corporate legislation. Most of our staff have worked in the Body Corporate management industry for a number of years. They are required to complete the Body Corporate Management Introductory course run by the SCA (Qld) and regularly attend relevant training.
Our staff have an extensive historical knowledge of our bodies corporate and good rapport with our clients. They are passionate about strata management and look forward to assisting you with your strata administration needs.
