Body Corporate Professionals was founded on the Sunshine Coast in 1991. Providing a friendly and personal service, Body Corporate Professionals grew quickly along with the strong growth in the number of community management schemes being developed on the Sunshine Coast. Now known as BCP Strata, we manage Body Corporate Schemes throughout Queensland.
BCP Strata is a practitioner member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) and as such observes the code of professional conduct which requires members to be bound by a stringent code of ethics regarding confidentiality, professional excellence and conduct. It is also a requirement of the institute that members hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance cover as an added safeguard for Bodies Corporate.
Our Managers are supported by a highly experienced team of accounts, maintenance and office administrators to ensure your property is managed in complete compliance with Queensland’s complex Body Corporate legislation. Our staff have worked in the Body Corporate industry for a number of years and they have also completed the Body Corporate Management Introductory course run by SCA (Qld). Our staff are passionate about strata and look forward to assisting you with your strata administration needs.
All of BCP Strata’s Body Corporate Managers hold a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) or the equivalent, which is the current industry educational standard. All Managers are members of SCA (QLD) and attend regular training and seminars run by the institute to ensure their industry knowledge is current.
