In 2020, Brette’s expertise and dedication were recognized with a promotion to Strata Manager, managing her own portfolio.
Now a Senior Strata Manager, Brette not only meticulously oversees her portfolio with precision but also plays a pivotal role in mentoring, assisting in providing training to the BCP Strata team, and supporting the administration team and her fellow managers.
She focusses on a pragmatic and sensible approach to legislation, endeavouring to facilitate smooth operations for Bodies Corporate and their Committees.
As a Certified Strata Community Manager with Strata Community Association (QLD), Brette’s qualifications further underscore her commitment to fostering well-run schemes and enhancing community living.
