- Largest property covers over 6.75 ha which is nearly 7 footy fields; the smallest is 596 sqm which could fit into a standard netball court
- Oldest property was first registered in 1972; and is now 47 years old
- Longest serving owner purchased her Unit in 1979 and still lives there today
